Fitting the space
A tenant improvement changes walls, lighting, power and finishes to suit a new business. We plan the layout with you and your landlord and price it on a written scope before work starts.
Older spaces
Suites in older buildings can need new electrical capacity, new plumbing or accessibility upgrades. We open up and test early, so what the building needs is in the scope and not found halfway through.
Schedule
If rent starts on a fixed date, we plan the schedule back from it and show the inspection dates in the scope.

Yes. Noisy work, dust protection and deliveries are planned around the other tenants so the building keeps running.
Most do, especially when walls, electrical or plumbing change. We prepare the drawings, file the permit and schedule each inspection.
